RIGHT PLACE TO MEDITATE EASIER; 

Choose a right place were you feel mind relax to practice meditation since, relax your mind then meditate,.. which gives you more concentration. you can also practice it in home were you can feel comfortness.

2. PRANAYAMAM:

Keep relax your mind, then close your eyes slowly with removing of unwanted thoughts ….

take a deep breath and breath out for a while. practice it for 5 to 10 mins upto your level. these breathing exercise(pranayamam),

can help you to concentrate on your breath and prevent the unwanted remembering of thoughts. while practicing it, please try to keep concentrate on your breath


3. STAY TUNED WITH CANDLE LIGHT: 

If you feel hard to concentrate? then try candle light method, just light the candle in darkroom ( not too dark , since you may feel some anxiety ) for just keep concentration on candle light, darkness is enough you to prevent diversion.

> Then, after turn off your lights, with help of your night lamp( small light is enough ) light the candle, then sit before candle light, and look for a while , up to 2 mins

afterwards close your eyes. So, you can see some fluorescent colored spot can visible in your eyes.. keep concentrate on it..surely you can easy to concentrate .


4.TRUE DEDICATION AND LOVE GOD:

By true love and faith for god, surely he will guide you through meditation .

the selfless deep love on god is enough you to attain higher level in spiritual .. at that time there is no need for practicing yogam and meditation ‘AT HIGHER DEEP CONNECTION WITH GOD’.

Until,.. you have to practice meditation and Yogam for controlling off your mind thoughts and body feelings.

remember it that, with grace of god in initial stage of meditation, we could able to concentrate keenly while we meditate.

So try to connect with god as much as possible.


5. BE CONFIDENT TO YOURSELF TRY TO AVOID ANY KIND OF EXPECTING HIGHER IN SPIRITUAL OR IN WHILE MEDITATE; ..

while you in spiritual way we should not have any expectations of magical or anything ,,

whatever you think off, please try to avoid these expectations since lord is always testing us that, whether we are truthful for him or not !!

since expectation creates ego and selfishness.. which keeps us far away from god!!..

then, be confident to your love on god and be faith on him. don’t be get swing off your love by diverting your unwanted thoughts which it can cause our true devotion on him!!..



So, these are the 5 important steps which you have to follow! this is common for normal lifestyle one who needs to achieve in goal, and for spiritual followers to attain god!
